Tropical Itch
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bulldog Gin
- .5 oz Wray & Nephew Rum
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .75 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- .75 oz Mango Puree
Add all ingredients except the sorbet to a shaker tin and shake with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe over a scoop of Mango Sorbet.
Garnish with a small spoon and lime wheel.
