Ramos Tea Fizz
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bulldog Gin
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Chamomile Syrup*
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
- .75 oz Egg White
- Top Club Soda
Add all ingredients except soda to shaker and dry shake (shake without ice).
Add ice to shaker and shake hard & long.
Strain into a chilled highball glass over a splash of soda.
Place a bar spoon down the center of the glass and carefully pour additional soda down the spoon until the head reaches the lip of the glass. Wait a moment for the drink to form a solid head, and add a small amount of additional soda to make the head rise above the glass.
*Chamomile Syrup: Heat up water and steep chamomile at temp and duration as instructed. Remove tea pouch or strain out, and while still warm, stir in equal amount sugar by volume.
