Mai Tai Cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Appleton Estate 8 Year Rum
  • .25 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
  • .5 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with one ice cube or a small handful of pebble ice.

  2. Whip shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass over pebble ice.

  3. Mound additional pebble ice on top and garnish with a mint sprig.
