
Mai Tai
A well-made Mai Tai relies on a quality rum to create harmony between its bright citrus and creamy orgeat notes.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Appleton Estate 8 Year Rum
- .25 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
- .5 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with one ice cube or a small handful of pebble ice.
Whip shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass over pebble ice.
Mound additional pebble ice on top and garnish with a mint sprig.
