This modern classic from bartender Sam Ross weaves a golden path between the Boulevardier and the Manhattan. Chocolate bitters add depth and warmth, and the bourbon-focused ratio keeps it on track.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon
- .75 oz Campari
- .75 oz 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso
- 3 d Chocolate Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with brandied cherry.
