Courvoisier Hot Toddy

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Courvoisier VSOP Cognac
  • .75 oz Honey Syrup
  • 4 oz Hot Water
  • 1 Chamomile-Apple Tea Satchel
  1. Pre-heat Toddy glass by filling it with hot water and discarding.

  2. Fill with fresh hot water and tea satchel, infusing for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Remove tea and add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine.

  4. Garnish with orange slice, star anise, and cinnamon stick.
