Jarnac Hot Toddy
An apple-chamomile tea amplifies Courvoisier VSOP’s delicate floral and fruit notes in this elegant Toddy.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Courvoisier VSOP Cognac
- .75 oz Honey Syrup
- 4 oz Hot Water
- 1 Chamomile-Apple Tea Satchel
Pre-heat Toddy glass by filling it with hot water and discarding.
Fill with fresh hot water and tea satchel, infusing for 1-2 minutes.
Remove tea and add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine.
Garnish with orange slice, star anise, and cinnamon stick.
