
Crown Chelsea
This delicious bourbon cocktail, created by Meaghan Dorman, is complex and full-bodied. Bolstered by a measure of rum and enriched by allspice and orgeat, it’s a perfect addition to your “stirred and brown” quiver.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon
- .5 oz Appleton Estate 8 Year Reserve Rum
- 1 tsp Orgeat
- 1 tsp Allspice Dram
- 2 d Aromatic Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice.
Strain into a chilled double Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
Express an orange peel over the cocktail.
Garnish with a clove-studded orange peel.
