Ingredients

  • 2 oz SKYY Infusions Espresso⁠
  • .25 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Frangelico Espresso Foam*

Frangelico Espresso Foam

  • 100 g Espresso
  • 100 g Frangelico
  • 2 g Magic Foam
  1. Add vodka and simple syrup to a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well chilled.

  2. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.

  3. Top with Frangelico Espresso Foam*, and garnish with a sprinkle of ground coffee beans.⁠

  4. Frangelico Espresso Foam:
    Add ingredients to a chilled iSi Whip Charger. Add NO2 to charger and tighten until the NO2 is released. Shake vigorously for one minute, and store in the refrigerator before serving.⁠

Whip Charger Pro Tips:⁠
  • Use an iSi or commercial grade whipper. ⁠
  • Always read the instructions supplied with your whipper.⁠
  • Do not overfill.⁠
  • Place whipper in the refrigerator 40 minutes prior to use. Do not put in the freezer.⁠
  • To dispense the foam, invert the whipper over your drink.⁠
  • Never unscrew the whipper’s head before all the gas is discharged.⁠
