Classic Hot Toddy

Name: Classic Hot Toddy
Ingredients: 1.5 oz Aged Spirit (Whiskey, Scotch, Rum, Aged Tequila, etc.); .5 oz Lemon Juice; .5 oz Honey Syrup; 4 oz Hot Steeped Black Tea

This Hot Toddy template works great for any aged spirit. Try it with a traditional Bourbon or Scotch, or even a Reposado Tequila!

Ingredients

1.5 oz Aged Spirit (Whiskey, Scotch, Rum, Aged Tequila, etc.)
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Honey Syrup
4 oz Hot Steeped Black Tea

Add Hot Water to a footed Toddy glass to temper it.
Discard water and add all ingredients to glass.
Garnish with a clove-studded lemon wheel and a cinnamon stick.
