Banana Boulevardier
This Boulevardier riff splits its Campari with banana liqueur, and ends up with a playful drink approaching “modern classic” status.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Russell’s Reserve 6-year old Rye
- 1 oz Cinzano 1757 Rosso Vermouth
- .5 oz Campari
- .5 oz Banana Liqueur
- Banana Chips for Garnish
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass over large ice.
Garnish with an orange twist or banana chips.
