Ryan has been called the “World’s Most Awarded Bartender.” He’s behind some of the best loved bars in London, Amsterdam, & Washington D.C. In addition to 3x World’s Best Bar titles, he has published several books and a MasterClass, and taught bar topics in 20+ countries.
Louis Macpherson
Louis is the Head Bartender at Lyaness, leading the team there through creativity and service. He has nearly a decade of industry experience in both Australia and London.
