Negroni Sbagliato
The Italian translation is “mistaken”, but there’s no mistaking the enjoyment of this effervescent cocktail, originally created in error when a busy bartender poured prosecco rather than gin while preparing a Negroni.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Campari®
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth (we suggest 1757® Vermouth)
- 1 oz Prosecco (we suggest Cinzano®)
- Orange Slice
Add vermouth and Campari to a double rocks glass, add ice, and stir.
Top with prosecco and give one more quick stir.
Garnish with an orange slice.
