Ingredients
- 50 ml Appleton Estate 8yo
- Lime
- 12.5 ml Sugar Syrup
- Garnish: Lime Twist
Pour 50ml of Appleton Estate 8yo into your shaker
Add in 25ml fresh pressed Lime juice
Pour in 12.5ml sugar syrup
Fill with ice & shake hard.
Strain into a chilled coupette
