Learn how to make the Italian Campari Shakerato cocktail with only one main ingredient — Campari.
Ingredients
- 90 ml Campari
- Ice
- Garnish: Lemon Coin
Fill the large tin with large chunks of ice
Pour 90ml Campari
Close tin & shake hard
Single strain into small tin, discard ice & shake again
Fine strain the fluffy liquid through a mesh strainer into a frozen coupette
Express a lemon coin & discard
