The Aperol Spritz

Ingredients
- 75 ml Prosecco Doc
- 50 ml Aperol
- 25 ml Soda Water
- Garnish: Orange Wedge or Slice
Grabs large branded wine glass.
Fills with ice.
Free pour 75ml Prosecco Doc.
Follow with 50ml of Aperol using jigger.
Use selts to splash 250ml or dash of Soda Water.
Gently mix with a spoon to incorporate ingredients.
Garnish with orange wedge / slice.
