The Story of Spirit continues with Rum Ambassador Ian Burrell. Rum’s enduring, resilient nature is something singular in the world of spirits, and a story to which few can really do justice. Ian has been a pivotal member of the Rum community for decades, developing and presenting education across every element of the category, paving the way for the approach we take today.
