To kick off Negroni Week 2024 Campari Academy UK has partnered with the team at Nightjar Shoreditch to deliver Breaking Bitter – a session dedicated on how to work with our most complex of tastes. Tristram from Campari Academy UK will guide us on a journey through bitter alongside the Nightjar Shoreditch team on how they approach working with a true Italian cocktail icon, The Negroni.
