Dive deep into the techniques needed to amplify and balance different ingredients for the perfect highball, as we explore how carbonation impact flavours and how we can control them.

We’ll uncover how bubbles influence the delicate balance in your drink, delving into key aromatic compounds and how CO₂ can elevate or diminish their perception. Through guided experimentation, participants will understand the risks and safety measures for this technique while also gaining insight into achieving and controlling the perfect bubble.
