- 60 ml Wild Turkey 101
- 3 Dashes Angostura
- 10 ml Sugar Syrup
- Ice
- Garnish: Orange Peel
Pour 60ml Wild Turkey 101 into a jigger.
Add 3 dashes of angostura to a glass.
Add 10ml sugar syrup to glass.
Pour in 20ml of Wild Turkey from jigger.
Quick stir – add ice to the glass (3 big cubes).
Stir.
Add 20ml more Wild Turkey from jigger.
Stir.
Add more ice & stir.
Add rest of Wild Turkey in jigger.
Express lemon oils from coin.
Express orange oils from peel – trim and place in drink.
